(My Easy Macaroni) Ingredients 2 heaped teaspoons of plain flour ($0.10) 250mls (1 cup) of milk - I use powdered to save money ($0.20) 2 cups of grated cheese- I grate my own to save money ($0.50) 500gm packet of macaroni (cooked as per packet instructions and drained) ($0.99) 2 eggs - ($0.50) Salt and pepper to taste Approximate Total Cost- $2.29 Method In a mixing bowl mix the eggs and milk with a whisk. Then take a small amount of the egg/milk mix and a small bowl, and add the flour to it to make a smooth paste. Add the smooth paste to the rest of the egg/milk mix so its all well mixed with no lumps. Add the cheese to the cooked and drained macaroni and stir through. Add the egg/milk/flour mixture to the macaroni and stir well. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve Serves 6 (adult sized) enjoy
