Seaweed snack (made with olive oil not canola oil), Larabars, macadamia nuts, pistachios, kale chips, salmon or beef jerky, deli meats (no nitrates, msg, or other artificial ingredients), apples and almond butter, guacamole and cut up veggies, hard boiled eggs, rice crackers and cheese, strawberries with fresh whipped cream (organic not ultra pasteurized), whole milk organic yogurt, trail mix with unsweetened dried fruit, coconut flakes, and dark chocolate chips, and sushi. I keep refined flours and sugars out of their diet as much as possible and make sure snacks offer healthy fats and proteins.
