What's your favorite family tradition?

As a creative gal, I love holidays that require a little creativity. Halloween means carving pumpkins and we carve ours after a grilled cheese dinner. My husband rolls his eyes kinda but he ends up enjoying the process. We put candles in them and set them where we can see them while we watch a scary movie.

What's the most challenging thing about being both a blogger and a mom?

The biggest challenge with being both a Mom and blogger is masterminding the time to do the writing and baby watching separately. They both deserve my undivided attention. Even a four hour block of hands free baby time can get me a weeks worth of posts. So I have had to find a babysitter and schedule my husband for time to guarantee I get the time.

What's the most rewarding thing about being a mom?

My daily Mother reward is the laughter. I laugh at them and with them and the laughter is easy and fills our life space. It's fuel and gives such purpose to create more than daily chores.
