My little Liam is 15 weeks and refuses to drink bottle, the problem is that I really need him to drink as my breasts are not enough anymore! He took the bottle with no problem a few weeks ago until a few days ago! I have tried all possible teets to no avail! Even tried daddy to give him bottle but screams blue murder until I give him boob! But he gets frustrated with boob because he is still hungry afterwards??!!?? I still want to breastfeed, I just want to fill his stomach with formula milk after the boob! Any ideas???

ill have to agree , try playtex drop ins with the brown nipples they seemed to work well with my daughter when she wouldnt latch on... another thing is have you tried fenugreek for a milk supply booster?? you should try it, it worked very well for me when my milk supply went down the drain ... id recommend that before formula and the bottle.

try the playtex bottle, not the clear nipples, but the brown ones. Also, some babies just don't like formula, and maybe Liam is one of them. So what you can do, is express some milk and mix it with formula, like 3/4 breast milk 1/4 formula til he gets used to it. Keep trying with the breast feeding, sometimes babies suck and suck for comfort, or he's going through a growth spurt...My daughter would only take the playtex drop ins brown nipple and nothing else. Good luck...
