OMG...just found my son is allergic to eggwhites and dogs (dog sucks cuz he was just falling in love with our dog). So now I have to read food labels...lots of things have eggs. THis is gonna be interesting. Suggestions?

my daughter can't hav e milk or wheat.. ...easiest way to deal with it is to cook from scratch so u know what you are eating

My son is allergic to wheat, not extremely, but he gets exema on his feet and sometime else where if he had too much. So yeah we read all labels too (almost anything that comes in a box has wheat), my brother was allergic to egg whites, milk, and peanuts, our mom got him a nutritionist and that nutritionist helped him get over his allergies. He now can eat anything he wants, it took a couple of years to condition his body, but it worked, we plan to do the same with our son. As far as my son's allergies to the dogs, we got air filters for every room (the $100 ones, couldn't skimp on that) and he hasn't had an issue since, nor have any of us been sick since then. Of course I still keep up with the dusting and vacuuming and even getting the dog hair off the couches that transfers from our clothes and we take plenty of vitamins. Hope some of our experiences can help you.

Eggs are actually a very common allergen. You may have to cut back on processed food, but that will be better for him anyway. Just remember that it's worth it to feel better!

With the dogs you should be able to take him to the doctors & get some kind of meds so you don't have to get rid of your dogs, I don't know if that was an option but I would hate to see you have to get rid of your fur kid!! Hope everything goes good!
