If he is vomiting after each feeding he may have a food intolerance. Most breastfeeding moms don't need to avoid certain foods when nursing, but if your baby has a food intolerance then YOU need to avoid the food that is causing the issues.

The most common culprit is DAIRY. Cow milk, cheese, cream, butter, yogurt, and any other product made from milk. Try cutting dairy out of your diet for 2 weeks and see if he gets better. Some Dr.'s are savy and aware enough that they know that dairy can cause all sorts of issues, but I've found that most don't recommend diet modifications to breastfeeding moms. Ugh! So frustrating. It took me 4 years to figure out that my babies gas and vomiting wasn't just gas and the crying wasn't just colic. I finally pushed the issue enough that we got in to see a GI dr and then an allergist. The first year I just put up with the symptoms because I didn't know any better. I was told she had reflux and she'd out grow it. She DIDN'T. Once I finally got her off dairy things started getting better. I beat myself up every day still that it took me so long to figure out what was going on.
