Why the milk supply is lesser when it was bump out from the breast and not feeding baby direct ?

Pretty much what Teresa said. Babies are much more efficient than the pump.

In some cases, it has to do with the latch - if the baby is well latched, he is using all ducts more effectively than the pump, which will only simulate the sucking.
Babies, as a general rule stimulate more of the whole breast.

Also, it has to do with things like the hormones that are stimulated during actual breastfeeding - they're not stimulated to the same degree as when the baby is on the breast.
