My baby is 4 months

My prepregnancy weight was 130 when I went into labor I weighted in at a 185!!!!!!! When he was born I had serious night sweats for 2 to 3 weeks and I when down to 160 . Now I'm stuck at this weight!! I know its not recommended to diet while you are nurseing , but any suggestions on weight lose/

Make sure that what you are eating is good, healthy food, and no junk at all. You can eat vegetables all day long pretty much with no worries about weight, but they have lots and lots of nutrients. (I'm not recommending becoming a vegetarion...you still need protein.)



Some moms don't lose weight until later, around 18 months. And remember, it took 9 months to gain that weight. The extra weight you are carrying helps provide the fuel for the fat in your baby's milk. Limiting your diet can cause a reduction in your milk supply, and if you are not getting enough nutrients, that can be reflected in your milk.
