My Son is a little over 9 months old and he is strictly breastfed. I have tried him on formula but he has no interest what so ever. He is now starting to bite down on my nipple and jerk away(its quite painful with teeth). Should I just suck it up and keep breast feeding or can he be switched to cow milk? Help please!!

Ouch! I know that's painful! You can teach him not to bite and you can also try to prevent it. I definitely wouldn't do cow's milk at 9 months
I know for my twin boys, when they were biting me, I took note as to when they were biting. For us, it was at the end of a session. So, when I knew he was done actively nursing, I took him off to prevent him from biting.
