Oh atleast I'm not the only one with this problem I'm soooo insecure about it I notice it even in my reflection in shop windows :( i want to continue breastfeeding but one boob is a DD and the other is a C at best I have tried using the smaller side more but it dosent work I get so frustrated and upset I used to be completely happy with my body now I just want to change everything about it, understand I'm a mum now but that doesn't mean I have to look frumpy all the time even though my bf says that's what should happen :(

I have a def. cup size difference in my boobs too. My left side was always the slightly larger side but apparently I was the only one who ever noticed this- then with my first daughter it was my larger producing side, and I tended to favor that side when nursing since it was bigger so that didn't help. During my earlier days of nursing my 2nd daughter, I tried to nurse more on the right side so it would produce more than the left and it worked if I was consistent. Now I nurse both sides evenly, and don't pay them much attention anymore, lol.
I don't do lowcut tops anymore, b/c gravity hasn't been kind to me, but when I wear clingy ones, I wear one of those thick foamy bras, not a push-up or padded, but just the foam formed ones. As far as bathing suits, I found that the ones that work best are the ones that are 2 piece and the tops tie in the middle of the back & behind the neck and it has to be big enough that to hold my big one in, even if it 'bubbles' out a little, so that my little one has just enough fabric to not be too big. Make sense? As far as the hubby, he jokes about when I get done breastfeeding, he'll buy me new boobs. He says he doesn't care either, and they're still sensitive & I don't see them as a sexual body part at all, so they're kinda off limits in the bedroom.

my husband says he doesnt care but every second day he calls me one boob and i told him i really dont like him pointing out all the time but he still does it and tells me to take a joke... i pump three times a day on my smaller one and i let my lil suckle on the smaller one as well then my bigger one so i dont know what else i could do i feel kinda like how guys feel with one ball lol

I have also got one larger than the other, I only really realised how much of a difference the other day when I got out of the bath and had a really good look in the mirror, so I am also a bit worried!
I am hoping when I wean they will even out again, but in the meantime I'm trying to nurse extra from the smaller side, the problem is it's her least favorite.

your boobs do go down a bit, mine have gone down one cup size and not the 2 they were but I am not sure if this is because they are a bit saggier now lol
It would be so much better to embrace your body, hold your head high and forget about everyone else at the pool....i find this helps with my baby belly lol
If there is not much change after feeding stops then your could always get a chicken fillet type thing for the smaller breast. This may help with the swimming costume too, just make sure it's a snug fit as you would not want a missing fillet floating about the pool.
Please ask your husband if he cares about it or not and share your feelings and insecurities with him....you may find that he doesn't care at all and misses seeing and touching them.
Good luck!

Some women have this much of a cup difference and that's just the way they are. For me, there have been times where one breast is bigger than the other but they even out as the baby nurses. Do you nurse on your left breast at all? If your right is bigger due to milk then when you stop it will go back down.
