My daughter is 10 months, was sleeping thru the night until, about a month ago. There was a big fire in our area and we got evacuted for almost a week. During that time we stayed with a friend she slept ok there but it wasnt home. She started teething during that week as well. She now has two bottom teeth and is now cutting her top two.
She has been sleeping for the first few hours then around 12 or 1 she starts waking up. Some nights i am able to get her back to sleep right away other times she is wide awake.
I am nurising her and she refuses to take a pacifier at night she wants me to "nurse" her but i know she doesnt want the milk she wasnt it for a pacifier.
I have tryed the putting herself to sleep thing but she screams and screams which makes her sick. going back in there to comfort her and to let her know that i am still here and she is ok just makes it worse.
I am only getting at most 3 to 4 hours sleep anight and it is not in my own bed.
Any advise would be greatful. Thanks so much.

I have a 10mth old who hass been teething for 3 months, now has 6 teeth. I was lucky to get an hours sleep at a time. I found wrapping him up tightly, giving him panadol or nurofen, then bonjela on the gums, then feeding till he fell back to sleep and he is finally sleeping 4hrs, has a feed then sleeps 2-3hrs another feed then 2hrs sleep. I feel human again. I also ordered some amber teething beads the other day, I'm waiting for them to arrive, But as soon as i ordered and paid for them, that night he started sleeping better.

is co-sleeping an option? maybe she just wants to know you're near by?

If she's still teething, then that could certainly be disrupting her sleep, and the best you can do is try to comfort her any way you can. I find tylenol at night works pretty well for mine when they're teething.
