An old wives tale is ... whip up an egg white & dab on affected area. It really does work. Do not mix in the yolk!! Worth a try?? x

could be thrush so get that ruled out. If its not put a little breastmilk on at each change and allow it to airdry. Also allow plenty of bare butt time (I let aaron be naked on a towel on top of his changing mat, he loves it!). Lansinoh cream also works on bottom rashes but is expensive if used all the time.

It could be a yeast rash try using something like lotramin cream (used for athlete's foot). You can also try cornstarch it is really cheap & seems to help keep the moisture off of their butt so it dries out better.

there is this cream called Dr.smiths diaper rash cream it is amazing, I would use that and some corn starch powder it absorbs better than baby powder, it worked so well my son used to get diaper rash so bad his poor little butt would bleed.

if he drinks juice, don't let him have any for a couple of days. keep it clean and dry. also let him run around without a diaper. he needs to air out.

my daughter used to get yeast infections so maybe go to the doctor because you may have to get a prescription cream....or go get some yeast infection cream from the pharmacy and use it twice a day

A very bad diaper rash often gets a bacterial infection quite quickly try a thrush treatment cream like canestan or similar also stop using zinc cream it traps the bacteria in try a natural ointment like pawpaw and give him some nappy free time the fresh air may help if none of this helps see the doctor

May not be a diaper rash, could be thrush, my son got diaper rashes a lot and they would be bad, bleeding and all it was awful, no diaper rash cream seemed to work, there is a diaper rash cream that you can only get from Childrens Medical Center it works magic but also sometimes when you use the same creme they are getting "immune" to it so it stops working, so try out different cremes, just keep changing him often, There are diaper rash cremes with oatmeal in it that should work well also at least takes the burn/sting out. And obviously do not give him any juice or anything acidic. I hope it gets better soon! I know how horrible it is.
