I've noticed since my baby's been born, my teeth are not so great. Someone told me that having babies wreaks havoc on your teeth.

Have your teeth gotten worse since being pregnant or having and nursing babies?

I am 52 and a breastfeeding peer counselor and I have never heard this before. Do you go to the dentist on a regular basis and brush ,floss, etc? Maybe you need some extra calcium or flouride or something like that. Why don't you ask your OB about it?

just increase your calcium intake. Make sure your eating really heatlhy foods all the time it'll be good for you and your baby! I never noticed anything but My sister did with her babies, she just had to really work hard to eat and drink for healthy!
