My son is 13months old and only has 4 teeth. He is still breastfeeding but I am slowly weening him so he doesn't feed as often as he use to. He has an allergy to cow's milk and can't have that. He is slightly underweight and I am having a hard time getting him to eat. He likes bread and thats about it. Does anyone have any tips on getting him to eat better or any recipies that would be good for this age? I have a baby bullet so I can make big people food into baby food so any recipies or tips would be appreciated. :-)

Play around with food presentation. Purees, regular table food, seasoned food (e.g., taco seasoning on meat - but be careful, as most have milk in them), etc.

When you say he is you mean that he turns his nose to foods that you have offered him once or twice?...or 20- 30 times?

I have 3 daughters and from my experience with them, I would say ...waiting too long to start lumpy foods with texture can be a challenge for children. (example - at 5 months my girls all started eating Cheerios..they are good because they disolve instantly and help them develop fine motor skills)

Most children need to be exposed to a food 30-40 times before they really develop an appetite for it. Keep offering ..just because he doesn't seem to like it don't give up.
