When I pump first thing in the morning (because my daughter is still sleeping, and i'm full) I usually only get the foremilk. Should I still be freezing this?

Yes, just because it isn't the higher fat concentration that doesn't mean it isn't good! although pumping will ensure that you will keep being overly full, but if you need to stockpile, then this quite convenient. If you don't really need to save milk, then you could try pumping just enough to relieve the ressure a little bit, and within a few days your supply should regulate itself and that overly full feeling should go away. Good luck!

Thank-You, Yeah I only pump for about 5 minuites to just relieve the pressure. I end up pumping about 4 Oz in that 5 minuites, which i've just been freezing so we have it for when we go out sometime.
Thanks, your post was helpful :)
