I am going back to work and would like to continue to bf my 7 month old. I want her to still be feed my milk while I am gone but for some reason feel like I dont pump enough milk. How often should I pump to leave a good supply for the babysitter as well as when I am back at work?

Before I went back to work after I had my son I would pump some in the morning and before I went to bed and freeze it. I stock piled so I had more than enough for others to give him while I was away.

Then I was pumping twice a day at work once when I first woke up in the morning, then would breastfeed when my son woke up and before he went to bed at night, then would do another pump before I went to bed at night.

It just depends how much you are producing but I was getting 300ml from each boob in the morning with enough to spare for my son for his morning feed, then I would be able to pump another 600ml at work over the 2 pumps then another 200-300 ml in the evening after my sons last feed. I just had ridiculous milk flow.
