is there such a thing as a good supportive nursing bra? i have tried a couple, but they were awful. i wear a 34dd so i really need support. i have been using my regular bras (victoria secrets) but i ruin them taking my boob out all the time. and that is such a waste of money i dont have. the reason i get victoria secrets bras at all is because my size is hard to find. any suggestions??

bravado has the best nursing bras in my opinion. they're not cheap but they're super comfy and built for women of all sizes. i've got the same size as you, in fact. their seamless model was great post-birth until i lost all my pregnancy weight (the cup is flexible and allows for growth/shrinkage). when everything but the bustline slimmed down, then i switched to their bliss model. i tried other varieties earlier on, but these have by far been the best.

You really need to get properly fitted for a good nursing bra. I can't recommend any particular brands as I'm in Australia, and i assume you're in the US. But please, for the sake of your back and your comfort, go to a qualified fitter.
