has any other moms had problems with chronic telegen efflivium. i had my first born 2 years ago. since i have suffered from this. it is devestating. my hair is shedding awful and fast. you can see my scalp.there is hardly any new growth. i have had over$1000 worth of blood work. everything is coming back normal. they say it will come back and slow down just not seeing it. i know ther is worse things in the world...but going bald is an awful thought. i had started zinc and sepia 30 ( homepathic med) and now my dr said to stop beings i just found out i am 8 weeks prego. so excited yet scared will i have any left when baby gets here. can anyone share this or some opinions with me.....i am 34 and it is consuming me....my bit of positiveness and self esteem is out the window....

i think if becoming worse everyday you should use shampoo that for hairloss. or else better consult a doctor if its still normal.. after that we can have our answer!

Wow! I didn't know there was a term for it. My baby boy is 5 months now and at about 3.5 months I noticed my hair starting to fall out. I thought it was just the normal stuff that happens after birth but I now have a few bald spots! I'm only 21. I'm hoping it slows down but it doesn't look that way. I'm sorry I have no answer. I will come back to your post and see if someone has an answer as well.
