Has anyone used the herb Fenugreek to help stimulate breastmilk production?

I was reading that the traditional Ayurvedic Herb, Fenugreek was used for generations to help increase breast milk production.
Has anyone taken this? How many capsules/mg a day? Did it work? I heard that it made your sweat and urine smell like maple syrup... Please share your experiences with me.

I used it for 3 months - just to be sure, I probably could have stopped after one :) I used "More Milk Plus" and it was 4 capsuls a day - it took about 4-5 days to start working, can take up to 7 I think. I made me sweat a little more, and if I smelled, then yes, perhaps maple syrup, but you don't reak of it don't worry :) It helped me a lot with production. I went off of it, and am hoping to maintain, we will see though, only been off of it for a week now, so far so good.
