Drink natural tea that`s Healthy Nursing Tea by secrets of tea. It`s preservatives free....work quickly;)

mothersmilk tea, fennegruk herbs and tea, drink lots of fluids. I struggled with my first too.... could try pumping, or feeding every two hours. The more demand on them the greater the flow volume. Make sure you eat enough extra calories too 500 extra a day, and no diets.

if u need any help and are really worried, look out for breastfeeding groups in ur area, ur gp surgery or health visitor services should be able to help u, remember to take the time to sit and relax while feeding, this may relax the baby further and increae the flow. x

hi cassandra, im a trained breastfeeding peer supporter. and i am pleased to tell u that ur body will always produce as much milk as your baby requires. to help the flow better, it is important to drink lots of water and eat healthy, this really is the key to your success. a healthy mummy is a happy baby. do not try to over feed ur baby as this will only make them sick. sometimes expressing makes u produce more milk but this is only because, u are tricking ur body into thinking ur baby is feeding and needs more. but some people do find this a help. well done for breastfeeding and good luck. emma x

Also eat and drink more! You really need to drink lots of water (perhaps beyond your thirst) and eat lots of carbs (no dieting!) to make enough milk.

I use Mother's Milk tea sometimes when I need a boost, especially during growth spurts. My doula recommended it and it really worked for me. You can find it at most health food stores or online at Amazon

the first approach should be to nurse more frequently (and/or pump after feedings) to increase your supply naturally... have you tried that already?
