Ladies, I am really struggling to get my baby to sleep thru the night. She is 16m old. She has gone to the DR and is not lacking anywhere. I have completely weaned her from Daytime Feedings, and I do not put her down for nap or bed with feedings. Yet never fails she still continues to wake up several times a night. I am tired, I am so ready to be done with this. Help me please??? Any suggestions?

Been there myself until very recently! I will read Celeste's attachment, but what I found helped was trying to reduce the length of night feeds so they were shorter and shorter, then saying no and offerring a cuddle and sip of water instead (sometimes she was just thirsty!) We tried this off and on and eventually it clicked into place. She only really started sleeping better once she turned 2. Oh and another thing, try to steel yourself to the cries, eg one night my daughter was crying her heart out while I was calming saying 'no' and comforting her instead, and she suddenly just said 'ok' and 'go mummy' and lay down, it wasn't all as bad as she'd been making out!
I know how you feel, it's so hard being tired all the time, I hope things get better for you soon!
