there are teas and medications that help to increase milk supply and then there is making sure you are eating and drinking enough in general as well as getting some you ddoc about the medicine and visit a health food store for the tea..making energy shakes with yummy things like fruits, peanut butter, protein poweder...all good

Once supply is established (around 2 months) it's very uncommon to just dry up when you're nursing. How often do they nurse? Breastfeeding is supply and demand. Keep nursing when they want and your supply will stay up with them. Remember that the feel of your breasts do not indicate supply (soft breasts don't mean you have no milk). Where do your breasts hurt? Could you possibly be pregnant?

Besides nursing as much as you can, i find that pump frequently helps to maintain my supply. Always pump after nursing coz baby might not empty the breast yet after nursing or they might not have effectively suck milk out. Always make sure your breasts are empty after nursing & pumping. It works!!

Sometimes kids develop a lazy latch as they get older. Make sure that they are both still opening wide and taking in as much of the breast as they can. Relatch if you have to until your comfortable.
