The others already said it, but I agree. At 3 months old, a baby still needs to be fed on demand. This could mean baby is still waking every 2 hours during the night to feed… and sometimes more. Though usually there is one longer stretch of sleep - like maybe 4 hours. Some babies do sleep longer sooner, but it's very normal for a baby not to be sleeping long stretches yet. Keep feeding your baby when baby is hungry - even though it can be exhausting for you, it's necessary for the growth and development of your baby.

Every baby is different. At 3 months babies still need to be fed on demand. Some babies cluster feed then sleep for a bit and some wake every 2 hrs. I know it does seem like you will never get sleep, but all babies sleep through the night eventually...just not at 3mo. Hang in there.

At 3 months, we were still feeding on demand. I think he was still waking up at least twice each night to eat. He was sleeping through the night without eating by 4 1/2 months but some babies can't go all night until about 6 months or older. The first few months were the hardest for me - there is light at the end of the tunnel!
