My baby is four months old. Its been exactly 8 days after her last poop. She is breastfed only. so is it normal for a four month old baby to stay more than 8 days without a poop?

Mine went about once a day, but it's normal if she's still going a few times a day, or going a few days without pooping.

If she's not losing weight, her poop is yellowish and seedy, and her urine isn't dark or smelly she's fine.

My baby went 5 days without pooping once, and sometimes will poop 5 times a day. It is only a problem if your baby seems uncomfortable.

I breastfed my daughter whenever she wanted it (on demand) at least every 2-3 hrs...I still do really, usually every three...She will poop sometimes twice, but others only once and it will be a little ball of poop. (she's eating solids 4 times a day, as she is 7 months old) Other times its a few days...When she first starte on solids, she got backed up for llike 3 days, so I gave her 2 oz of baby apple-prune juicemixed with 2 oz of nursery water...she went within a few hrs. be careful with the water...its much thinner then they are use to...go slow and take breaks so the baby doesnt choke! Not to scare you...

My girl only pooped about once a week. As long as your baby is eating well I wouldn't worry
