Since he won't latch yet, you really need a pump to stimulate your milk supply. Are you in the US? If so, do you qualify for WIC? And, if not, do you have health insurance? Many health insurance companies will give you a pump.

In the mean time

-Skin to skin-baby in just a diaper and you topless. Put him on your chest

-Try bathing with your baby

-Try hand expression. Here's a video on how to do this:

I have been producing hardly one ounce from each breast but since I started drinking "healthy nursing tea", I am producing enough to completely satisfy my LO.

I see you say it's been 3 months. I think it's too late to get your milk supply up and running now unless you get hormone shots and use a pump on a rigorous schedule. And if he wont latch on, you can put it into bottles so at least the baby is getting your milk. You need to contact a lactation consultant right away!

Have you tried skin to skin? How old is your baby? How long has it been since you last nursed?

Mother's Milk tea or fenugreek are excellent in increasing your milk production. Oatmeal, ground flax seed, and nutritional (or brewer's) yeast also help. (note that nutritional yeast and brewer's yeast are not the same as active yeast used for bread and beer; look in the nutritional department for these yeasts.) Look online for a recipe for lactation cookies. They are quite yummy! Good luck.
