All of a sudden today I noticed that when I was trying to breast feed my baby, he wasn't latching, wanting nothing to do with it. I tried to pump, nothing came out. I've pumped and pumped and pumped and nothing is coming out. I don't know what to do. Is it okay just to switch to formula? I have enough breastmilk saved for one more bottle! HELP

How frustrating. How old is your baby? Have talked to a lactation consultant about what may be the cause and possible solutions. You may need to switch to formula, but you can still nurse for comfort and bonding.

My breasts do not feel full anymore. I can express a little milk manually, but it's barely anything at all. The baby has been eating and gaining weight until a couple days ago. He will try to eat, and then stop and get angry because nothing is coming out. I haven't gotten sick, no new meds. Been doing everything the same since I came home with him.

Do your breasts feel full? Are you able to express any milk manually? Has the baby been eating and gaining weight and seeming full and content. Babies can go on nursing strikes and refuse to nurse.
Crystal is correct you don't just stop that quickly. Have you been ill, taken new medication? Yes you can switch to formula, you'll have to if you truly have no milk.

The only way to tell if you're making enough milk is to count diapers. 6 in 24 hours.
