i want to lose weight i am feeding my kid she is one mnth old,how can i lose weight because my brother marriage after 4 mnths and i have to loose alot,my height is 7.5 and my weight is 93kg...i need useful tips plzzzz?

Just breastfeed a lot all the time and eat normal diet and you will loose it cut the sugar out

Lots of water!! But hold off on exercise until your doctor says ok. I have 11 mth old twins. I was frustrated at first because the weight wasn't dropping off, but when the boys were 3-4 months old the weight started to come off. I think it was a mix of lots of water, being more active and at that age I was getting more quality sleep. Give it time-now I'm back to my normal weight. Oh, and continue breastfeeding as long as you can. That burns extra calories....but you have to eat extra calories too...so you get to loose some weight while eating a little more.

The best way to lose weight while nursing (or any other time) is by eating healthy and being active. Diets, fasts, detox, etc. are not recommended during breastfeeding. Honestly, you just had a baby. You need to take this time to relax and enjoy her. You don't want to actively try to loose weight until your milk supply is well established (about 6-8 weeks). Try going for walks with baby or doing some light exercise to start. Make sure you eat whole, healthy foods and drink plenty of water. Some women loose the baby weight quickly, while others take some more time. Be patient with yourself.
