Has anyone tried them? Are they good? Most of all do they work? I am going to the store and I will buy the items needed but only if you have seen some increase.

Hi, are lactation cookies natural? Vegan, plant based etc? I'm not vegan but like natural foods for my babies

I had low supply with my first. I took "healthy nursing tea" and pumped a ton with a rented hospital grade pump. I did several pumps a day and drank plenty of tea as well. It took a few days but eventually, my milk supply was adequate to feed my baby.

I have tried them.  They taste great...I used butterscotch chips (personal preference) and 1/2 whole wheat flour and I loved them.  I did see some improvement in my milk supply.

I have done that oatmeal cookies and they worked great. I ate 5 cookies and the next morning woke up socking wet. Make sure they are made with old fashion rolled oats they work the best.

Honestly, I've never even heard of Lactation cookies... I've heard Oatmeal, Brewer's Yeast, fenugreek and Mother's Milk Tea are all great things for increasing supply... but I've never heard anything about lactation cookies. I suppose if they have some of the same ingredients, they probably have some effect.
