i keep losing track of the last side my 6 month old nurses on. he usually nurses one breast per feeding and its enough. but im loosing track and making less milk than i used to a month ago. could this be a reason for my decrease in milk supply?

Do you ever feel your breasts to see which one is fuller. My 9 1/2 month old nurses on both breasts per feeding, so I usually don't loose track. I know in the morning, I nurse her on the fullest side first.

great ideas, i guess ill make my own bracelet. i have had other issues with low supply and managed to get it back. now i will pump (manually mimicking how he sucks) and im getting 1 1/2 ounces to 3 ounces in 10 min on one side when all this time i would get at least 5 usually more in 10 min.

It wouldn't decrease your supply, but it would make it so that one side wouldn't make as much. One thing that might help you remember is take something and put it on the bra strap (A thread or something) then switch it when you switch sides.
