There is a tea called Breastea that I have used while nursing all of my children. It has always increased my milk supply by several ounces and I would not even try to breastfeed without it. You can order it online, just do a search for it. I would definitely try it out.

I bought my fenugreek pills at whole foods, but I have seen them at GNC and CVS. You don't need a prescription for them but ask your doctor before. Call your local stores to make sure they have it in stock before you go in. You pump milk with a usual breast pump. I tried the manual one but I found it very tedious so I invested in the medela double electrical breast pump and I love it. If you have any more specific questions I would be more than happy to help.

Yes you can! You have to be very patient. When it's time to feed your baby start by first introducing breast, then bottle, and always finish with breast. Whatever you do, don't get frustrated because then your baby will. I would also recommend you to pump more frequent so your milk supply increases so your baby knows that there is milk. It takes some time but don't give up and your baby will get the hang of it. I'm taking fenugreek pills because I feel that my milk supply is decreasing and it really works. I am very against pills but this one is excellent. The only downside is that you start to smell a little like maple syrup. I obviously didn't mind because it would benefit my baby. I hope you find this useful!

I have had the same problem lately. Certain times of the day my baby girl starts nursing for like five minutes then throws back crying. She starting to do that at night to. My husband gives her a bottle late in the day when she acts "crazy" but at night I don't have the time or energy to warm a bottle

My daughter is about to be 4 months and she feeds every couple of hours. When your breastfeeding you really don't have a schedule. It's really all up to baby and when she gets hungry. However, feeding sessions should be anywhere from 30- 45 minutes, if your breastfeeding. If your giving a bottle obviously its shorter. My daughter is preferring the bottle over the breast because it is easier to get the milk out so im pumping a lot because regardless she's getting breastmilk. I'm experiencing the same thing as you when you say your not getting sensation while she feeds. Try to explore your options, maybe you can pump so your daughter still gets the breastmilk but in a different way.

You need to be patient sweetie. When it's feeding time start with bottle then switch to breast and end with bottle. As time progresses switch it up and do breast bottle breast and then just stick to breast. Just be patient, she is 8 months shes probably very used to the bottle and its going to get some getting used to. If you want you can also pump your breastmilk and bottle feed. At least she will be getting breastmilk so your happy & she's getting bottle so she's happy.
