I have read on here many times mom's asking how to increase milk supply or "feel" like they are not producing enough.
I have had many people that supported me, gave information, and were "professional" breastfeeders themselves.
So here is what you need to do:
1) You need to increase your fluids like no other. Just like you were supposed to when you were pregnant. WATER WATER WATER!
2) Try to pump during naps or at night if your baby sleeps all night or only wakes up once.
3) If you are having trouble letting down or blocked ducts or too full, apply a cloth soked in hot/warm water to your breasts. it helps with letdown, also a warm shower letting the water run down your boobs, i had to do both of these many time.
Good luck!
p.s. if you are really having trouble cALL THE HOSPITAL AND ASK TO TALK TO A LACTATION COUNSLOR.
