Your milk depends on your anxiety and stress level. So keep yourself calm and try to have enough sleep to keep you stress free. Increase your water intake and try drinking "Healthy Nursing Tea". It'll definitely work!

fenegreek. you can get it from the healthfood shop or chemist. nurse or pump regularly. the more you feed the more you make. stay calm while feeding, stress can deplete your supply too! relax!!!!!!!

I did not but what always worked for me was to rest, deink plenty of fluids and continue to nurse as much as possible. If you are getting a cold or on the onset of your menstrual cycle your supply could go down but it will go back to normal if you continue to nurse and keep hydrated.

Mother's Milk Tea works well too. You can drink multiple cups a day. At first, you may not like the flavor..but I grew to like it. If you feel like you can't get the herbs working for you...I can tell you that pumping every 2 hours religiously for about 2 or 3 days definitely increases your supply!! My first baby that I lost was in the NICU for a month and I pumped. To increase supply, I pumped every 2 hours for a couple days and saw a dramatic increase. If you are nursing, and can't pump so frequently, try pumping for 10 minutes after you are done nursing (both sides) each time you nurse for a couple days and see if that helps! Good luck!

I take it. It works. I take 9-12 pills a day. Oatmeal works. I eat oatmeal twice a day & I see a huge difference.

I take it and it has worked wonders for me. Check out www.kellymom.com for more info on taking it. I take 12 pills a day. I know it sounds like a lot, but since it works I have been sticking with it.
