Lymphatic breast massage relieved my breast infection

I had two breast infections on the same breast, which I took antibiotics to cure, but decided to take a different route when I was getting my third infection. I had problems with this breast when nursing my first daughter as well. I saw a massage therapist who specialized in lymphatic massage. Before the session my breast was red and painful. It was clogged and no matter how may hot showers or heating packs I used it would not go away. After the session I had no more redness and the ducts were not clogged except for a very tiny spot. The therapist showed me how to preform the massage on myself and it completely cleared up the next day. I haven't had a problem since I began doing this self massage. Now I only do it if my ducts are feeling clogged. Much better then taking antibiotics.
