Breastfed babies need about 1-1.25 oz per hour of separation to help preserve milk supply, because it's normal for pump output to decrease a bit due to supply regulation. Average output is 1/2 to 2 oz total, both breasts combined. Would it be possible to reduce his bottles a little bit?

Then I would see if he could divide the 1 bottle into 2 bottles and see how that works, in addition to solids.

2 oz per session is fantastic BTW!
