Its normal for an exclusively breastfed baby to go days without pooping. Even up to 2 weeks. If they dont act like they are in pain or miserable, then im sure it is fine. My son went 11 days without pooping, He was fine.

Most babies when they are past a month or two start pooping less regularly - scared me too when my DD did that ;-) As long as she's gaining weight and is having good wet-diaper output, I'd just give it a bit to see how it goes, but don't worry too much about it.

My 5 week old was having the same problem a couple weeks ago. I either drink a lot of prune juice or I put a teaspoon in a bottle. I am bottle feeding breast milk so I mix it in but since you are feeding off the breast you might have to drink it yourself. It worked very well for my daughter.

Is she on a vitamin? Have you started a vitamin since the trouble w/pooing has occurred? Vitamins (Vitamin D and Iron are big ones) tend to do this to little babies. If she has started a vitamin talk w/her pediatrician.
Once your baby is about one month old, she may start having fewer bowel movements, which it seems she is. She may go several days to a week without having a bowel movement. This is nothing to worry about. Exclusively breastfed babies rarely have problems with constipation. If she goes longer than a week, she seems to be in pain, or if you are concerned, call your pediatrician.
For the belly pain, is her latch tight? Maybe stop half ways through a feeding to burp her.
You can also massage/rub her tummy, but ONLY in a clockwise manner as this is the direction in which the bowels go. If she is relaxed at bath time give her a bath or get in the big bath w/her so she is relaxed and rub/massage her tummy or even her back.
Cycle her legs gently, but quickly.
You can also push her knees to her chest, release, and repeat.
I hope something helps! Also, Mylicon is amazing! For the first few weeks of my son's life I was giving him just under the max dose per day until we figured out it was an intolerance to dairy, but I don't think that is the case w/your daughter as it's only been recently.
Good luck!

when my daughter hasnt gone for a while i tend 2 drink a load of prune juice or orange juice and try baby massage (i did a course on it but im sure ull be able to find some online)... every baby is different though so maybe she just doesnt poo alot, jessica some times saves it up and then does it as we are shopping or im changing her wet nappy, Maybe talk to a dr or health visitor hun.
