I NEED HELP I TRY EVERYTHING FOR MY 2MONTH BABY TO LATCH AND NOTHING WORKS ALSO I BEEN BREASTFEEDING AND HAVENT LOSS ANY POUNDS AM FRUSTRATED NEED SOME ADVICE!! THANKS

I can try to help with latching issues. One of my twins refused to latch for almost 2 months and I'll share what we did (not sure what you've tried)
-Pump to get letdown and then latch
-Breast compressions
-Putting some milk on your nipple to try to get baby to latch
-Skin to skin-you with no shirt and bra and baby in just a diaper, put baby on your chest
-Try to nurse at the *FIRST* signs of hunger-crying is a late sign of hunger. If I waited too long and my son was crying, it made the session more difficult.

Keep on pumping and trying! Not sure what say about your lack of weight loss except that I can commiserate! Even with nursing twins, I didn't lose much weight.
