Putting baby to the breast is the best way to boost supply. If you need to pump, adding some pumping sessions will help too. Pumps are just not as good at removing milk as your baby. Do you think you have low supply? Here's some good info on that if that's your concern:

There is a facebook site called the leaky boob which is just for breast feeding mothers. I have gotten a ton of good advice & feed back from there, it is a really wonderful site & resource.



But to answer your question if you pump & breast feed you should see an increase. You can also take herbs like fenugreek, eat steel cut oats, and drink mothers milk tea.
