Need advice for breastfeeding 11month old when teeth are making nursing painful. The more her upper teeth are showing, the more I feel them, and it's getting very uncomfortable. She absolutely hates any attempts at taking a bottle whether its breastmilk or formula. Any advice? I wouldn't mind weaning, but I think she'd rather continue until preschool!

Sometimes the first teeth that pop in can be uncomfortable...after a few weeks baby will get used to the teeth and get better at nursing with them. Focus on a good deep latch. She can't bite while nursing..but if the teeth are scraping you may just need to focus on the latch and her head positioning.
