My little one was born May 31st and I made the commitment to breastfeed. Well for some reason my right breast is extremely big and the other one is not soo much. I breastfeed pretty much the same on both sides. Is there something wrong? Any suggestions?

I had that problem early on with my son, I did what you're doing (feeding more often and pumping on the one side) and also started him off on the smaller breast with every feed. He just loved one boob better than the other, haha. It took a week or two, but they eventually evened out! Good luck :)

Mine are lopsided as well. My left breast is about 1/2 cup larger than the right. No matter what I do they stay that way, so I just let them be and feed my LO equally on both sides. The right produces a little less, but not enough to bother my daughter. Good luck! Keep up the good work!!

There's nothing wrong. I've had a dominant breast with both of my children and BF my first for 9 months and my son is 4 1/2 months and still BF. Just continue feeding from both breasts and they may even out eventually but if they don't, it's not going to change anything for your baby.

I've tried everything to help my right breast catch up to my left.. From pumping the right and nursing but my little one doesn't feed near as long still on the right because he can tell the difference .:/ any other suggestions ?

Nah I don't think anything is wrong. My left breast is a little bigger and produces more. I've tried pumping my right more and feeding him more on my right side to increase supply, but it still looks smaller haha. You'd never know it though, unless I took off my top and showed it.

I can't imagine that anything is wrong. You may just have more milk producing tissue in the one breast over the other. You may have a clogged duct, but you probably would have mentioned pain too.... You can always call your doctor. In the meantime, don't forget to do your self-exams. Just to keep an eye on things.
