I exclusively BF and until a couple weeks ago thought I had really high milk production. Now that my son is almost 4 months he suddenly stopped eating every 2 hours and by breasts have no idea what's going on! One side suddenly stopped making much milk- until just a couple days ago would get engorged still, and now it doesn't at all. I start to feed him on that side and then pump for about 10 min after to try to bolster the production. Anyone else have this? Am I doing the right thing to make more milk? Anything else I can do?

Keep nursing on demand. You're at the point where you supply will regulate (usually happens around 3 months give or take). This means your breasts are making what baby needs. It's also normal for each breast to do their own thing. One may feel "full" while the other feels softer. No worries. As long as baby has 5-6+ wet diapers in a day then your supply is just fine. If feeling lopsided bothers you then you can keep doing what you're doing to try to even it up.

Thanks for the support! I pumped for a couple days and it seems to be producing a bit more. I should be glad that engorgement isn't the norm all the way through! Good point, that I should just watch the diapers and I'll also watch his weight.
