My daughter is a little over a month old. she hasn't poop for the past four to five days or so. She does more peeing. when I change her sometimes. there's a little poop but not much. i feed her half breast milk and half formula. Because sometimes I can give her what she needs. what can cause her not to be pooping? Should I call her doctor.

Her intestines may have been thrown into cnfusion by the change of feed.
Adding dark karo syrup to the formula may help.
But if she hasn't done a dooh for four or five days you need to give her a baby-size mini enema, something that'll empty her out quickly with minuscule chance of any side-effects (either Fleet Pedialax Glycerin or infant-size Melilax)

Did the not pooping start shortly after you started supplementing with formula? Sometimes ingredients in formula can disagree with a baby and make it hard to go.

Is your LO still gaining weight? Is her tummy hard? (like built up poop that she can't get out) Is she extra fussy? Does it seem like she's in any pain? If she's gaining weight, and tummy isn't rock hard and she's not showing any signs of pain I might not worry too much. But if she is showing any symptoms you might want to call her Dr. And you may want to consider weaning her off the formula and back onto only breast milk, OR switching types of formula.
