Few tips to help you in pumping more breast milk:

1) Massage your breast for few minutes before you pump
2) Drink two glasses of water before pumping
3) Pump more frequently
4) Try to pump early in the morning, this is the good time of day to pump
5) Still if it not going well try another pump.

Hope this helps you. Thank You!!

Are you pumping consistently every day? If you're just pumping once every now and then you aren't going to be able to pump much more than what you're currently getting. To be effective your body must get used to it and see it as another feeding that it needs to meet the demand for. So I would recommend that you
1) Pump every day
2) Pump in the mornings, because your milk supply tends to be highest then
3) Use a warm compress on your breasts, the warmth will help your milk flow easier
4) increase your water intake
5) continue pumping for 5 minutes after the milk stops flowing, your body will get the signal that it needs to make more milk
6) possibly consider fenugreek if pumping is a vital part of your LO's milk intake
