Drink enough water, eat real oatmeal, & try Healthy nursing tea.
If necessary, pump after feeding... Keep pumping for 5 minutes *after* the last drop falls.

Stop supplementing. To increase breast milk, massages and heat help. BUT YOU CANNOT FEED HER FORMULA. You have to feed on demand. Breast feeding is all about supply and demand. The more you feed her with your breasts the more you will produce. Especially during her "cluster feeding" stages. everytime she hits a milestone her demand will increase so she will feed as much as needed to boost your supply. Also, pumping helps. If you feel its been a while since shes fed but she isnt hungry, pump. It will also help boost your supply because it also shows a demand for milk. Hope this helps.

If you can give us some more details on what's going on that would be helpful. How are you determining milk output? Are you pumping exclusively? How long have you been supplementing with formula? Why did you start?
Many women look at the wrong things when determining milk production. A fussy baby is NOT an indication of low milk supply. Soft breasts are NOT an indication of low milk supply. Baby not peeing or pooping IS an indication. Diaper count is typically a very accurate determinant to see if baby is getting enough.

Why are you supplementing? Supplementing can mess with supply because your breasts aren't getting the stimulation it needs to produce milk. Milk works on supply and demand. Bottles take away that demand.

The best way to increase supply is to nurse more often. How much formula re you giving?
