My mother in law and mother are both nagging me about eating fried food and pasta in order to breastfeed my baby better,I just don't like this type of food. I like grilled food and drink about three liter of water but my baby seems to be always hungry

Your baby is hungry because he is growing. As long is your baby is wetting lots of diapers he is fine.

It's normal for babies to want to nurse often. Nursing often is what will tells your body to make more milk.

Drinking lots of water and eating healthy food is the right thing to do.

In general, as long as you eat to satisfy your hunger, and drink to satisfy your thirst, you'll be fine breastfeeding. And also in general, the more nutritious your diet it, the better for your baby too. So eating grilled food is fine. You don't need to eat fried food. You do need some form of fats in your diet, but things like olive oil or avocados will cover that nicely.

Breastfed babies can nurse very frequently. Especially during growth spurts. How many wet and how many poopy diapers does your baby have each day? How old is your baby? Is baby gaining weight?
