I stopped breastfeeding my son about 2 weeks ago and the last few days one of my breasts is sore and I can feel nobbly bumps around my nipple under the skin....anyone experience this? I don't remember this happening with my other child.

Try expressing just enough milk to feel relief. Leaving your breasts sore and full of milk could cause clogged ducts and mastitis, but you don't want to remove all the milk or they will keep making it. Sometimes, even when you wean slowly, your breasts take longer to stop making milk.

They are right it is just milk. Express only to relief when they start aching and it shouldn't take long to have that stop.
