I've been pumping at work and nursing when at home. Due to strains at work I'm falling VERY short on pumping enough to avoid formula. I've made it to 7 months. I plan on continuing to nurse at home and pump at work but I don't want a hungry baby because of my hubris.

My question is, what formula should I start using?

I already feel like a failure not being able to avoid formula so please don't lecture me on the benefits of breast milk. I know them.

How big are your bottles? Bottles for bf'ed babies are usually about 1.25 oz per hour that you're gone, and no more than around 3 oz or so..

But, if you still feel you need to supplement, there's no formulas that are better than another. It's whatever formula your baby will take.
