I have a 10 mo boy and now that my college is starting soon, I have been giving him breast milk in sippy cups and bottles, and he doesn't like them and totally refuse them. He even doesn't like to take a look at the bottle at all. Although I 'll be away for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in afternoon for my classes but I have been skipping any feeding session that falls in b/w 10am to 5pm. He's been feeding cereals, mashed and pureed fruits and yogurt besides breast milk. but from 5pm and till all night he breast feeds whenever he wants it. I am confused what should be a good schedule of milk feeding? Is there any old wives tale that helps me with the smooth transition from breast milk to bottle/sippy? Can I make hime like bottles at this point? I also tried formula milk instead of breast milk just in case if he doesn't like the taste...but so far nothing is working! I really need some really good tips about it and I ll really be thankful for it.

If you were able to get a feeding in between your classes, I wouldn't worry about him not taking any BM.
There are times where babies will just NOT take a bottle or sippy cup during the day and then just nurse extra at night when the breast is available. I would NOT offer formula, he doesn't need it.
I would just nurse whenever you are can and then have it available for the caregiver when you are gone. IF he was truely hungry, he will eventually take it. Otherwise, provide other solids for him to snack while you are out.
