Should I feel guilty? I've managed for 2 months being 19 & full time college student and I suddenly & randomly stopped making milk.. I've tried teas nuts lactating cookies... I'm so emotional and I feel so horrible and a failure as a mom. I've tried so hard. What formula should I supplement with and is it ok to feel like this

There is a supplement called fenugreek you can try, also makesure your drinking enough water. Stress can effect your milk supply as well. Do not feel guilty by supplementing, you need to do whats best for you and your baby. I am breastfeeding but we have supplemented 1 formula bottle since my son was born my milk took a bit to come in and he was ravenous at night, we continued that because he enjoys it and it gives me a break w a feeding allowing my husband to bond w him as well. Breastfeeding is hard, i would say to continue trying if its that important to you but never feel guilty about doing what you feel you need to do for your baby!
