Hello,

I am traveling to Europe on vacation for a month with a 10 month old. She is 9 month old now and crawling all over the place, and able to pull herself up. I am very worried that when we are there (in a month), during the day she will be confined to stroller and carrier and will not use any energy - and when we would get back to the hotel in the evening (dead) - she will want to play until mid night...please advice how can I drain her too on the go !!!

Also, I have been giving her home cooked food until now (and she is breastfed), but after researching a lot on the internet - it doesn't seem like it would still be possible when we are there...any advice on how to keep the jarred food to a minimum?
Thanks a lot...

Thank you for your reply. We were actually out on Saturday about 10 hours, and when we got home at 8pm, she didnt sleep until 1:30 am!! and she wanted to play and crawl all over - which got me really worried ....

We have been out a lot ourselves - but those times she was not crawling yet....

Thanks for replying :)

i take my son, whos the same age, out constantly during the day since the weather is nice out now and i hate being in the house all day.. and when we get home and get ready for bed he has no problem passing out..fresh air usually makes babies tired and there will be so many new and different things for him to be looking at im sure that will make him tired also..babies dont usually need to be doing alot all of the time to get tired..i hope it goes well and you have a good time :)
