Any mommy who has gone on diet whilt bf,I wanna start but I'm scared my milk supply will go down.I have a six months son.Help ladies

Don't forget exercize! A light walk every day will help loads. Eat when you feel hungry, but keep it to healthier things. About half of your calories should come from protien, 30% complex carbs, and 20% fats. Slower weight loss is better for your body!

If you do decide to start a diet, just keep in mind that while a "safe" rate of loss is generally 2 lbs per week, for a breastfeeding momma, you need to keep it to 1 lb per week. If you take it slow it's fine to begin a diet even though you're breastfeeding (just not the first 6 weeks... but you're at 6 months so you're fine)
